SHIPPING & HANDLING
We ship inside the mainland United States (48 states) plus District of Columbia, Alaska and Hawaii. Please see the rate table below to calculate your shipping. Most orders arrive in 4 - 8 days. Items are shipped USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground or UPS Ground. Please allow up to 3 additional days for rural zip codes. We ship Monday-Friday. Please add 1-3 days to your shipping time if you place your order after 5pm EST on Friday. You will receive a Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number to the email address you used when placing the order. We only ship in the US.

*Shipping to a Foreign Country: If you would like shipping to another country or providence, please email us and we will compare and calculate the lowest shipping cost for you. Once a customer agrees via email on placing the order, we will manually add this amount to the cost of your order. You will be given a tracking number.
UPS does not ship to Post Office Boxes.
Orders are downloaded several times a day. Most orders are processed and shipped the same business day if received before 5 pm EST, but sometimes it isn't possible due to order volume - so please allow at least 1 - 2 business days to process your order although your order will most likely be processed sooner. Orders received after 5 pm EST will be processed the following business day. Exclusive handmade scented products (sachets & air fresheners) take 1-3 days to process. We process orders Monday - Saturday. We ship orders Monday - Friday. Please add 1-3 days to your shipping time if you place your order after 5pm EST on Friday.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. Any additions to your order will be treated as a new order and shipped separately.
Since we do not ship STANDARD DELIVERY orders on Saturday, Sunday and holidays, do not count these days towards your total ship time. Point of departure is Florida. You will receive a tracking number for your order from the time it is shipped until it reaches you. You will also receive an email with your order confirmation.
There is no minimum to order, and the maximum amount per order is $1,000.00.

ADDITIONAL FEES & MORE SHIPPING INFO
When you place an order, please be very careful to list your complete shipping address and take time to verify that it is correct. This can save you money and get your order to you more quickly. If you are having a package shipped to your place of business/work, please be sure to list the company name in the Delivery address info so that we may ship in care of your company/business.
We can only ship to the address and name we are given when the order is placed. If we ship to the address you list and the package is returned to us, you are responsible for any additional shipping charges plus the cost to reship to you again. The customer is responsible for this fee if it is a result of an error placed when entering your address/shipping information OR if you contact UPS and ask that the package be delivered elsewhere. We are also not responsible if the package is undeliverable because there is no Correct Consignee Name required for delivery. After attempting to deliver the package to the customer a few times, UPS ships it back to us and charges us a shipping fee for this return delivery. Should this happen, we will not refund your money for the order. You must contact UPS to find out why your order was not delivered. If you still want the order, we will send it to you and you will be charged an additional shipping fee.
For all of the above reasons, please take a moment to double check your Ship To address and Name, and be sure to list whether your address is a STREET, AVENUE, LANE, CIRCLE, COURT, BLVD, etc.
We package securely using shipping carriers specifications. However, if you have breakage in your order please contact the shipping carrier immediately. You MUST save your original packaging materials in order to file a claim. Proof of breakage must be made to the carrier, so it is imperative all original packaging materials are saved. We cannot replace breakage due to shipper at our expense. Items leave us in excellent condition and responsibility for the package ends when it leaves our hands.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange. We proudly stand behind every product we sell. We only sell products that are in new condition unless otherwise indicated. We carefully check to make sure your order is in excellent working order and pack items safely and securely.
General: All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of the original packing slip with all returns. We will issue a full refund on the credit card used when placing the order once we have received and verified the condition of the returned item(s). It is very important for customers to receive a tracking/delivery confirmation number if they need to send an order back to us. Please allow 2-7 days or more for your refund to post to your account as credit card processing time varies.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure to read the caption for each item. The captions describe product features and details. Sometimes it might be necessary to use a measuring device to be sure the size of each item fits your need. When you receive your order, and it is not what you expected; however, it is according to the description, customers will return the item(s) at their expense. We strive to give as much information as possible for each product; however, if you would like to know more or are unsure please email or call us. We promptly answer any questions or concerns.
